My sleep has its good days and bad days but I am getting 8 hours of sleep at night and some nights I sleep through the night and others I hardly sleep, but I have been trying the different strategies that you have given me and I can tell when I don't do something and when I do, my sleep depends on me and how well I want to sleep and which of the strategies that do. I have appreciated everything thus far that you have taught me on how to get better sleep."
