With lifestyle changes and support and guidance from your coach typical weight loss is between 0.5-1lb per week.

In the eCoaching for Diabetes program you and your coach will work together to create a tailored program to manage your diabetes that aligns with your treatment plan outlined by your primary doctors, nurses, and dietitians. Frequent communication with your coach provides support and guidance between doctor’s visits, encourages treatment compliance, and provides assistance as questions and challenges arise.

In our Healthy Lifestyles program, you and your coach will build upon current healthy behaviors with continued education on all pillars of wellness for long-term, sustainable habits. Whether you want to optimize nutrition for marathon training or focus on bringing mindful practices to your day-to-day, your coach will work with you to support healthy habits.
With the support and guidance from a coach, lifestyle changes, and medications (nicotine replacement therapy and bupropion**) we have successful quit rates over 54%! Our coaches are equipped to help you quit all forms of tobacco and nicotine including eCigs by actively engaging in behavioral replacements, recognizing individual triggers and setting up your environment for long-term success at breathing free.
**Participants are responsible for obtaining their own medications from their doctors. Your health coach will provide all necessary paperwork.** Use of our recommended medication protocol is not required to be a participant in the program.
This program educates and motivates you to increase physical activity, make smart food choices, practice portion control, and manage stress to achieve a healthy blood pressure. The DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet and education around DASH are a focus. Weight, waist measurement, and blood pressure numbers are monitored frequently in order to paint an accurate picture of your progress.

We are here to support current and expectant mothers and your children through a healthy, full-term pregnancy and healthy beginnings. This program is designed to focus on the core areas of food choices, exercise, education, and self-care. The program is designed to support mothers through the first three months after childbirth and thus has a variable program length to accommodate various starting points within the program.
In the Healthy Sleep Program you’ll work with your coach to achieve optimal sleep. You’ll evaluate current sleep behaviors, lifestyle choices that impact sleep and introduce new techniques to improve sleep quantity and quality. These techniques were developed with the help of Cleveland Clinic sleep experts to improve upon sleep from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Over the past 30 years the average person has increased their stress load significantly. This unmanaged stress has tremendous negative effects on our health and well-being. It is the greatest ager of our bodies. Based on principles of mindfulness, your coach will guide you as you learn relaxation techniques to help understand stressors and develop meaningful ways to manage stress. Lifestyle changes including exercise, nutrition and sleep that positively impact resiliency are also addressed.
Clarity is a 4-month Cleveland Clinic eCoaching program that focuses on participants’ overall emotional health and well-being. Qualifying participants will be paired with a dedicated eCoach whose work is overseen by a licensed clinician. eCoaches use proven modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness along with providing homework assignments, articles, and other resources to assist the participant in meeting their personalized goals. This program is not a counseling program and is not intended to be used in place of counseling.
